Order Processing

Please allow 5-7 days for order processing. For SALE promotions, please allow additional processing. 

We ship most in stock orders same day or within 24-72 hours excluding weekends. For orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.

All Pre-orders will be shipped by the date listed on the item although in some cases, there may be a 3-5 day additional time frame depending on when the item arrives and courier delays. We will communicate with you if more time is needed. 

All orders that include a pre-order with other in stock items will be shipped together.

Please do not select express shipping for pre-orders. They will not be available until the day listed on your item.

Once an order has been placed, please DO NOT contact us for changes. This can sometimes cause confusion in processing your order. Thank you for understanding! 

We are based in NC so most orders will arrive between 5-9 business days depending if you select expedited (1-3 days) or express options (overnight).

Wrong addresses:

Should your item be returned due to a wrong shipping address and it is returned, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee. We nor the courier will be responsible for reshipping fees due to incorrect addresses provided for shipment.

Missing discount CODES:

If discount codes are not entered at checkout there will be NO ADJUSTMENTS made after purchase, There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Thanks for understanding.
